The documents required to apply in every Ukrainian embassy to obtain a visa are similar and there are slight differences between embassies depending on the country of application.
The basic papers are as follows
A passport valid for a period of not less than one year
A high school diploma certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in your country
Birth certificate attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of your country
A comprehensive medical examination and freedom from AIDS certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in your country
